At our home on the ridge we’ve stirred a collection of makers, creators, innovators and producers – forever inspired by the soil and climate of Tasmania, and always following our noses. From wine to food and all things spirited in between, follow yours and you too will find us – in the heart of the Tamar Valley and on the banks of the Tamar River, just 20 minutes north of Launceston.

Tamar Taster

• $10 per person
• Four of our premium wines including Pirie Sparkling and a selection of Tamar Ridge Pinot Noir
• Pre book essential for groups over 8 people

• $20 per person
• Seated tasting guided by one of our cellar door team
• 5 wines including Pirie Non Vintage, Pirie Vintage, Tamar Ridge Estate, Research Series and Reserve Pinot Noirs

• $30 per person
• Seated tasting guided by one of our cellar door team
• 6 Pinot Noir including Tamar Ridge Estate, Devil's Corner Resolution, Tamar Ridge Research Series and Reserve and Devil's Corner Mt Amos. Plus a surprise wine to finish. 

Tastings are available Friday - Tuesday, 10am - 5pm

• Add a cheese plate for 2 to share during your tasting - Includes 3 Tasmanian Cheeses, quince paste, seasonal fruit and lavosh 
• Allow 45 minutes for your tasting
