Discover the flavours of Tasmania through three premium oysters sourced from diverse growing regions, each perfectly paired with a full glass of PIRIE Tasmania sparkling wine crafted from select Tamar Valley vineyard blocks. Hosted at our cellar door, this guided tasting explores how merroir (influence of the sea) and terroir (influence of the land) shape three distinctive expressions of Tasmanian produce. Booking includes 9 oysters and three different glasses of PIRIE sparkling per guest. Extra oysters available on request.
